Redirect www.dp.la to dp.la
Description
Right now, @dp.la@ and @www.dp.la@ are being indexed separately by search engines. We need to redirect @www.dp.la@ to @dp.la@ or visa versa so that they are indexed as the same page.
This is for Search Engine Optimization.

To test in development, you can edit your /etc/hosts to define "www.local.dp.la" after running the siteproxy_development.yml playbook.

Will take effect when DNS switches over to the new servers.
