PA Digital is managed through Temple University in close collaboration with PALCI (the Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium, Inc.), State Library of Pennsylvania, HSLC, Free Library of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, Scranton Public Library, and the Detre Library & Archives, Heinz History Center. Temple is responsible for Hub management and administration, technology maintenance, and overall outreach and promotion of Hub activities. PALCI serves as the Hub’s fiscal agent.

Metadata cleanup and harvesting/aggregation: We work collaboratively with the contributor to QA metadata. We start with a review in-house and note required and recommended changes and then have a phone consultation.

Metadata and rights education through webinars and workshops.

K-12 outreach through primary source sets and future curatorial activities.

All services are free due to a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services as administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education through the Office of Commonwealth Libraries, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Tom Wolf, Governor.
