  • Charge: This group will draft brief user stories describing various types consumers, beneficiaries, and/ or contributors of components of a national ebook platform. Aspects to include are Inter-Library Loan  and Right-of First Salem, Academic Libraries, Library Publishing efforts, and distribution of regionally created content to a local level.

  • Deliverables: User stories, developed early on in the work process in order to help inform other working groups. First set to be completed by Sept 30, 2015.
