| Operations | This will be oriented around specific projects; principal investigators on grants will have their own teams in place to handle grant operations, but are encouraged to share findings with DPLA Working Group members. The DPLA workstream will be a space to convene and share information about ongoing projects and concerns related to managing an ebook project. | Help lead conversations among other library ebook project owners about how to operate an ebook program | RFP/vendor selection/vendor relationships for marketplace |
